Ahoy,
so Spotify just started its "Wrapped" phase of the year, but I will keep it low until January, when it comes to stats...
Last week in covers:
Most played artists:
- 070 Shake : New album context. "Petrichor" is a very epic journey for music fans, because you don't know what comes next. Try "Elephant" for example.
- Madonna : Fan times.
- Warhaus : New album context. "Karaoke Moon" is a solid alternative album, that reminds me of the sounds of Nick Cave a bit.
Most played tracks:
- Cigarettes After Sex - Baby Blue Movie : This one has grown on me quite a bit.
Noteworthy:
- Linkin Park : New album context. Tbh "From Zero" only has little appeal to me.
- Alanis Morissette : Flashback times.
- Anggun : Flashback times. You know that track "Snow On The Sahara", which is the only song by this artist in my playlist.
- Anna Of The North : Flashback times. Try "Someone", which might be one of her best songs.

Singles Chart Top 100 (UK)
【01】 Gracie Abrams...
【04】 Kendrick Lamar - squabble up : Wow, this one has a banger beat - produced by Soundwave, Jack Antonoff and others. According to the Genius article the track title refers to a slang term used for fighting or dancing.
【05】 Kendrick Lamar & SZA - luther : This marks the fifth collaboration between both artists (and friends) - and it sounds surprisingly soft. Kendrick even sings on this track.
【06】 Kendrick Lamar, Lefty Gunplay - tv off : A quite aggressive track, that seems to deal with critique - and it changes in the middle. And the feature part is very small.
【07】 Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande - Defying Gravity : Hype context because of the new Wicked film.
【08】 Wham! - Last Christmas : Hmkay.

【08】 Kendrick Lamar - Reincarnated : Okay. A nice piano instrumental with personal lyrics.
【09】 Kendrick Lamar - Man At The Garden : Okay, the seventh top ten entry from the album "GNX" is a quite slow track about success and struggles. For a record with 12 tracks this top ten marks quite a success.
