News

█ The Super Bowl 2022 Halftime Show seemed quite crowded to me. For the LVI football game they managed to get a bunch of old-school hip-hop stars like Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar ... and Mary J Blige. Maybe the sound wasn't mixed well, but I was disappointed.

█ The 42nd BRIT Awards took place - in London, of course. Most awards went to Adele, of course. Wolf Alice beat Coldplay for British Group. Dua Lipa beat Ed Sheeran for Best Pop/R&B Act. Best New Artist is Little Simz, Best Rock/Alternative Artist is Sam Fender. I still need to watch the show.

█ Ed Sheeran released a duet version of this track "The Joker And The Queen" - and his duet partner is Taylor Swift. So I expect this track to climb some charts soon. A music video in the look of a dreamy coming-of-age drama was also released.

█ Another collaboration got visualized. Coldplay released "Let Somebody Go" as single - featuring Selene Gomez - and director Dave Meyers created a fitting music video, that reminds me a bit of Doctor Strange's mirror dimension.

█ Tokio Hotel released a new single/video - for "BAD LOVE" the band changed their sound a bit. Not much 80s vibe left. The video seems pretty cheap.
