well, this was another week with just a few scrobbles. But on the other side I was diving into exotic music playlists on Spotify - for some research.

Last week in covers:

Most played artists:

[nothing to highlight here]

Most played tracks:

• Drama Official - Polvere di lacrime : This might sound like you new favorite ice cream flavor, but it is part of doing research regarding new music, that is not in German or in English.

Noteworthy:

• NAEKO : This French artist seems to have some nice tracks. I enjoyed "Dehors".

【03】 Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You : Ugh.

【04】 YAKARY - sonnenbank.mp3 : Hm, who dis? Nice production, but the lyrics seem a bit weak. And also a duration of 120 seconds makes the track look like a strategic choice.

【05】 Shakin' Stevens - Merry Christmas Everyone : Yikes.

【07】 HAVA - Ja sagen : A piano ballad with typical love song lyrics. The music video seems quite glossy. Let's see, if this artist will turn up in the top ten with future releases.

【10】 Sia - Snowman : From her album "Everyday Is Christmas" this might be a new classic for the season. The track has a timeless instrumental, but her voice seems to be tuned a bit.
