Heartbreaker (#847)

Ahoy,

just a bit late, again...

Scrobble count:  199.556

Last week in covers:

Most played artists:

• Kygo : New album context. His self-titled release left me surprisingly cold, because no track stood out.

• Sea Girls : New album context. "Midnight Butterflies" starts strong, but after a while the music gets less creative.

• Orville Peck : New album context. "Stampede: Vol. 1" is too much Country for my mind.

• Roxette : Fan times... and flashback times. Despite its ugly cover artwork their 1994 release "Crash! Boom! Bang!" really has some gems.

Most played tracks:

• Purple Disco Machine & Chromeo - Heartbreaker : What a nice collabo track. PDM has a moment this year.

• HGich.T - Lenovobeach : I know I could get cancelled for this - but I really like that track.
• The Dare - Perfume : Wow! Songs like this give me hope, that modern music can be creative! Daring even!

Noteworthy:

• Bear's Den : Fan times.
• The Slow Show : I needed something to calm down. So I was listening to "Still Life".

• John Mayer : Fan times.
• Shaznay Lewis : Still going back to her new songs from time to time.
